@ngusbeefdirect has been set up by a small group of Aberdeen Angus breeders who feel passionately about the cattle they produce. Rather than being content with simply raising cattle, they want to ensure that beef that these cattle produce is of the highest quality and is available to the consumer direct from the farm to the fork.
The beef supplied by @ngusbeefdirect is from cattle that have been fed on a diet of which more than 50% is forage based. The farms on which the cattle have been raised have all been independently certified as producing livestock to the highest welfare standards.
Prior to being packed for delivery the beef is hung on the bone for a minimum of three weeks. It is the hanging time that enhances the flavour and tenderness of the beef.
Premier Box
The Premier Box consists of Angus Beef fillet, Angus sirloin and Angus rump steaks, together with the variety of Angus beef roasting joints. Also included are Angus beef burgers and Angus beef & marmalade sausages. The cost of the Premier box is £85.00
Everyday Box
Priced at £60.00 the Everyday Box includes a selection of Angus Beef pot roasts, Angus beef braising and Angus beef stewing steak, Angus mince beef, Angus beef burgers and Angus beef & marmalade sausages. The minimum weight of both the Premier and Everyday Box is 8 Kg.
Bar BQ Selection Box
The Bar BQ selection box contains Angus Beef rump steaks both peppered and plain, minute Angus steaks, Angus beef & marmalade sausages, Angus beef & guiness sausages, Angus beef burgers and Angus beef kebabs. The minimum weight of the Bar BQ box is 7Kg.
There is 0% VAT on all our Angus Beef Products.
Orders up to £200.00 in value will be subject to a delivery charge of £12.00 plus VAT. This applies to mainland UK. Orders above this value will be delivered free.
At the time you place an order we do not take your credit card details, as we won't know the exact value of the order as this depends on the actual weight of the various cuts. Your order will be acknowledged by email with a delivery date. Prior to delivery we will phone you to confirm the delivery date and get you credit card details.
